This home is great for families, recovering from a surgery, close to Oakland Hills and Lincoln Hills Golf Clubs and Ford, GM, Chrysler if you are here for work or play. 4 bedrooms The lower level is sort of it’s own quiet retreat with one bedroom with queen size adjustable bed, tv, full bath, shared laundry room and living room (there is a separate living room on the enter level. There are 3 additional bedrooms upstairs including master w private bathroom and two others that share a bathroom. The space There are 4 separate bedrooms : Bedroom one (lower level) Queen adjustable bed/has full bathroom next to it/living room Bedroom 2 upstairs master (two twin Adjustable beds together as a king) w/ en suite Bedroom 3 Queen adjustable bed shared bathroom Bedroom 4 triple bunked bed shared bathroom All showers have hand held shower heads. Pregnancy pillows, ice packs, heated blankets, hot pads and pac n play available upon request. Guest access 4 Bedrooms, kitchen, living rooms (2) dining room, laundry, bathrooms No garage access Other things to note We have pregnancy pillows/hot pads/heated blankets and ice packs available for surgery recovery. Please note there are no parties on the property and additional guest fee of $50 a person. This is a non-smoking home. $300 charge if evidence of smoking I.e. if the home smells of smoke.
