The space Our beautifully designed and equipped JOY Home has 4 Bedrooms and 3 full Bathrooms. The home is located on a quiet and wooded 2 Acre lot in the Mt Pocono area just 15 mins to Camelback Mountain and ski resort, and only 10 minutes away from retail/shopping stores and restaurants. The house has 2 levels. The Upper main Level has an open floor plan with lots of windows inviting natural light into the space. Our kitchen is equipped with granite countertop, brand new appliances and is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and silverware! The open dining and living area make for a wonderful gathering space for family and friends. Our dining table seats 8-10 people with an additional 4 seats at the island, perfect for those Apres Ski meals! Cozy up by the wood fireplace after a long day on the slopes. This floor also has a 4 season sunroom with splendid views to the forest. Additionally, this level includes 3 Bedrooms and 2 full Bathrooms, detailed below: - Master Bedroom: 1 king size bed, 45in TV, and a full bathroom with shower - Bedroom 2: 1 queen size bed. - Bedroom 3: 1 full size bunk bed and 1 twin size trundle bed; sleeps 4. - Full Bathroom 2 with bathtub. Our cozy Lower Level features a dining/game table (sits 4-6), a daybed + trundle, a comfy Cordaroys beanbag, 55in TV, and an electrical wood pellet stove! This space is perfect for remote working if needed. This level also has a Bedroom with a queen size bed, a full Bathroom with shower, and washer and dryer! Outside you'll find a beautiful deck with a dining table (sits 8-10), Camp Chef grill+bbq and Big green egg BBQ Grill. There's an amazing hot tub (fits 8), a fire-pit and for for the summer season a 25ft salt water pool, hammocks and loungers. Guest access As a guest you will have access to the entire home with the exception of some owners closet located thru out the house.
