Eviction without refund if pets are discovered on premise. -No discharge of fire arms, fire works, or other explosives. --No loud or disruptive behavior, abuse of alcohol, or drug usage will be permitted. -There will be no house keeping services during your stay except by request for an additional charge. -There will be no refunds for hot tub issues. -Members of staff or management may enter the premises for the purpose of inspection and verification of maximum occupancy at anytime. -We will not be responsible for any injuries to anyone in your party or loss of property for any reason.
