A newly built garage apartment offering a quiet, clean and breathable space in a centralized location for an individual, couple or small family to stay while you visit Dothan. Pets are welcome but need to be crated if they will be alone in the apartment at any time during your stay. Minutes from Target, Starbucks and more! Up to 4 guests may stay but we do charge an additional fee beyond 2 guests! The space The space is located above our detached garage (does have an outdoor walkway between garage and home). It provides a simple space with a kitchenette, dining area, living room with sofa bed, desk and smart TV as well as a cozy bedroom with a smart TV. Guest access The Airbnb is above the garage and is safely tucked away behind the house, secured by an iron gate. The space is priced for the Airbnb only - our property is currently undergoing some renovations (pool, gazebo) but we hope to offer access to those and other fun spots in the property in the near future! Other things to note Additional guests may stay for an additional fee per guest.
