This upstairs, 800 square foot loft, is a half a mile from the beautiful San Marcos headwaters and Spring Lake, and .7 miles from Texas State Bobcats UFCU Stadium, Bobcat Ballpark, and Strahan Coliseum. Rent with us and you're walking distance to Sewell Park, floating the river (we have tubes, kayaks, chairs and coolers), and all you favorite sporting events and graduation events. Come home to hang out on your own private patio with an outdoor tv, and warm up in your powerful, 3 person, jacuzzi. The space The 600 square foot bedroom is furnished with 3 queen beds and 1 fold out bed for sleeping, along with a giant beanbag. There's a 40 inch tv equipped with Roku for all your streaming, and a live fubo tv subscription, with fast internet, and good speakers. There's a Keurig coffee maker, with glass mugs, delicious coffee, creamer and sugar. A clean large 150 square ft private bathroom with a shower and separate bathtub. Also, a 50 square foot closet and mini refrigerator. There is also a lot of books. Feel free to make a book exchange it you find anything you'd like to read. The fenced in backyard is great for dogs, and has a nice patio. There's a clean, 3 person jacuzzi with great jets. Watch all your sports from the nice cushioned patio furniture or while enjoying a nice soak. Also a gas grill and smoker for cooking in the front yard. Guest access I will unlock the door for guest as soon as they book. There will be a key on the dresser in case you need to leave and lock your belongings in your room. Guests have access to the entire upstairs and the entire fenced in back yard and front yard. There's a big driveway that can fit 8 cars for parking (shown in pictures). Guests will access their room by going through the gate to the right of the garage doors, and up the stairs. Please don't park in front of garage doors. During your stay Guests can easily get in touch with me if any questions arise. I am usually present at the property, I live downstairs. There are 2 friendly dogs that live here. A German Shepherd and a Rat Terrier. Both of them do have access to the back yard via doggy door. Feel free to let me know if you'd like me to keep them locked in the house. Other things to note We have 8 tubes and 2 kayaks that guests are welcome to use if they rent with us. Also a gas grill for cooking, and a wood burning fire pit upon request.
