This independent house consists on the 1st floor: living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms with each two 90 beds that can be adjoined (180), a bathroom and a toilet. On the second floor in the attic, mezzanine (ceiling height < 1.80 m) with 2 90 beds. The highlights of this cottage, besides its current and personalized decoration, are the outdoor spaces. Indeed, on the 1st floor of the house you will find a terrace of more than 8 m² on which you can have your meals. You will also have a second private terrace on the ground floor and especially the large garden in common with the owner with games for children (less than 30kg), brazier for summer evenings (supplement 25€ to book with the owner upstream), pétanque field and soccer "field" with goals. This lot is completely enclosed, and the kids will be safe. This cottage is also ideal for bikers: the owner offers you a rental by reservation his enduro motorcycle court for your training, special in grass with timing (reservation directly with the owner).
