The property sits on 10 acres of beautiful woodlands with trails. There are 2 buildings on the property. The main lodge featuring 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, kitchen, 2 living rooms, and laundry room and the bunkhouse which has 2 additional bedroom/1 full bathroom and all of the games, hot tub, sauna etc and an additional kitchen. The 2 buildings are never rented separately and guests always have the entire property to themselves. Guests have access to the entire property besides the detached garage. A local property manager is available to assist guests with any issues. The property is a rural area and only one neighbor lives approximately 400 ft from one side of the property. The property is located directly on M33 which is a major road but it does sit significantly far back from the road. Guests can get around via vehicles, bikes, snowmobiles and off road vehicles. GUEST COUNT- guests must provide an accurate guest count and confirm if any visitors will be at the property. An additional fee applies for each additional overnight guest. SMOKING- Absolutely no smoking of any kind is permitted inside any structures at the property or within 25 feet of any structure.
