Other things to note Please note our extra guest policy: For over 8 guests there's a fee of $35 per person, per day, to account for added liability, wear, tear, and cleaning. The fee is applicable for the number over guests exceeding 8. We would allow up to 12 guests. We strictly prohibit the organization of parties or similar events at our property. This policy is integral to ensuring the comfort, security, and satisfaction of all our guests, as well as the maintenance and preservation of our property and the peace of the surrounding community. Please note, that refunds will not be given if the hot tub is not available. No pets. No weapons allowed. All outdoor music/noise must cease by 10pm.
