Just a short 5 minutes to the middle of Roscoe, and 15 minutes from trendy Livingston Manor and 20 minutes from artsy Calicoon. Guest access You have access to the entire home, with the exception of the garage and basement. There is a large yard you have sole use of. The yard includes corn hole, a soccer game spot kick, a heated pool and multiple porch/decks with ample seating. The pool is heated to between 76-82 degrees. It is an ample size of 35 t x 17 ft. Guests are welcome to bring their own inflatables, as none are provided. We do provide deck chairs and towels for your enjoyment. Guests not on your reservation are not permitted to use the pool for liability reasons. Other things to note We have one security camera at the front door and one at the back porch that records video and sound. There are no internal cameras.
