Restaurants, groceries, gas are close by The space The Mill House on Main is a downstairs apartment in the historical paper mill town of Niagara, WI. It has one bedroom with a queen bed and a queen size pull out couch in the living room. The Mill House has a fully stocked eat in kitchen and coffee bar. The bathroom has a tub and shower. There is a desk for working, wifi and a roku smart tv. Mill House guests will share a downstairs basement laundry with guests in the upstairs Air BnB. There are two washers and two dryers. Laundry is free. Guests also have access to a large outdoor deck for dining and a firepit when weather is appropriate. Orv’s are permitted on all city roads in Niagara. Snowmobile and orv trail access along with trailer parking are available from the apartment. Guest access Guests will have the use of the entire downstairs apartment and basement laundry, along with outdoor deck, and firepit. One bedroom and one queen sofa bed.
