Book now for unforgettable ski season memories! The space Welcome to Casa de Abuela, a spacious ~2500 sqft, two-story retreat. The upper level boasts a large primary bedroom, a cozy living area with a fireplace, two bathrooms, a well-appointed kitchen/dining area, a convenient coffee station, and a sprawling deck with a grill and outdoor dining space. Accessed via inside or outside stairs, the lower level features two generous bedrooms, a game room with a fireplace, a full bath, and a deck hosting a six-person hot tub. The game room offers entertainment with table games, puzzles, a TV, a sleeper sofa, and an arcade table. Nestled near Hull Road, a dog park and walking trail await at the mountain's base. The main shopping district is a quick 5-minute drive (2 miles), while Ski Apache is a scenic ~30-minute journey and the Ruidoso Downs Racetrack is just 10 minutes away. Guest access Guests will have private access to all listed amenities. Other things to note May require snow chains or 4x4 vehicle in winter. We will inform you ahead of your stay if heavy snow is expected. There is a ring camera at the main entrance, a MyQ camera in the garage door access panel and two garage cameras for security monitoring. There are two Alexa devices on the Kitchen island and one in the upstairs bedroom available for your use.
