I would consider rental of the second bedroom (King-sized bed) and private bath with access to the remainder of the home, kitchen, living room, BarBQ and gardens on a shared basis. I am a retired and recently widowed man who is active in the community, easy to get along with and enjoy people. I travel frequently. Our 2300 square foot (208 m²) apartment has 3 bedroom; one with Queen bed & ensuite bath & the 2nd w/ King Bed and adjacent bath, and 3rd is decorated and furnished as a home office with bathroom. The kitchen has a passthrough to fresh-air BBQ area & casual seating for 3-4 persons. The dining room & spacious living room share the ambiance of garden with north and west exposure. The large garden terrace is a perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee, afternoon sun or evening dinner and is equipped with BarBQ and seating for up 8 people for evening dining. Live and enjoy! Suggest instructions to a taxi driver is: I would like to go to Calle nineteen y Avenida seven, near the Hotel Balandra in Barrio Cordova. (En Española) Me gustaría ir a la Calle diecinueve y Avenida siete, cerca del Hotel Balandra en Barrio Córdoba. Booked Guests will be met by a Manager who speaks English and some Spanish. An introductory walk-through will familiarize the guest with the property. Keys and contact information will be provided along with a detailed Welcome Package to help make your visit most enjoyable. Other things to note GARDEN AND COMMON AREA: The gardens and walkways are common property and can be used by all owners. Nevertheless, the general area adjacent our suite on the ground floor is seldom used by the other owners as they have ample balconies for their own use. The gardens adjacent our suite may be treated as private property for your personal use. The table/bench cushions are keep under the table for your use as necessary. The parasol and “chaise lounges”, cushion, etc., are general covered but, their access and use is very convenient and you are encouraged to use and enjoy them. The key for the lock on the lounges is adjacent the BarBQ garden door.
