Please understand we are not a big hotel that can give you back money when you have blocked the calendar for weeks/months then decide to cancel last minute. No blocking stairs or blocking other vehicles in. Park along the grass area to the right of the home before the staircase. Other things to note Please note this is an older home. Located on the 2nd floor of property. No elevators available. This is a 4 bedroom bi-level apartment. There is a kitchen, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms on 1st floor, steps within the unit leads upstairs to two additional bedrooms. There is no bathroom upstairs. There is No central A/C during hot season. There are window A/C and also Fans. The twin room has a window fan/ A/C available for use. Some guest does not like the cold air from A/C blowing on them in the small room and they will prefer to only have window fan. Please let Host know what you prefer. Please be mindful that It is very expensive to have A/C running all day. Sometimes cleaner cleans unit days prior to check in. I will not run A/C to accommodate you, prior to your arrival. It is guest responsibility to turn on A/C when you arrive to cool down unit and turn it off when you check out. There is a fan in the living room and a portable ac in the living room closet. Please let host know if you want the ac in window. Please remember do not leave doors open or unlock During your stay. No smoking inside the property. No throwing trash outside. Please use green buns for trash yellow top bins for recycle. Please lock doors when you leave and respect the home.
