Nestled at the end of a dead end street in the heart of the Finger Lakes you will find this relaxing and peaceful paradise. Relax in the hot tub, fish along the 200’ of water frontage or use the fresh herbs on site to prepare a gourmet dinner in the large kitchen with all the extras. Bring your boat and entire family as there is plenty of room and parking with this home! Lots to do and see in the area. The home and area will not disappoint! Hot tub closed Dec 1-Apr 30 The space This is a two story home, with one bedroom on the main floor and the other three on the second floor. Kitchen area has lots of countertops and gadgets if you want to cook. Back patio is peaceful from morning through night. Squirrels, ducks, geese, and even a peacock may greet you or just pass through. Plenty of room to play yard games, have a fire or just relax in the hot tub. Guest access You will have access to the main home, front porch, back porch and entire back yard (excluding shed and dog kennel). The circle drive will easily accommodate 4 vehicles for parking. Additional parking on other side of home may be available upon request (for boats/larger vehicles). The attached garage (which houses an owner occupied studio apt)and laundry area are not accessible to guests. There is a utility room off the kitchen that remains unlocked at all times during your stay but should only be accessed by an adult in case of emergency-breakers/sump pump/mops/cleaners/random extra items for house.
