The Hendershot Room features a seasonal theme, complete with a handcrafted dining table and chairs. The Reggio Kitchen is fully equipped and spacious, perfect for both cooking and socializing. The Chester Room offers a cozy sofa, a large TV, and an adjustable table for snacks and board games. The Emilia Porch provides the thoughtful access to the hot tub and the lawn, complete with clean beach towels and a towel warmer. The Peony Room, the master bedroom, includes an elegant private restroom and a dedicated workspace. The Mickey Room features two queen beds with rustic furniture and high-end mattresses. The Unicorn Room includes a cozy bunk bed and a couch, with cunningly concealed storage spaces. The Peacock Room invites you to revel in the embrace of the bathtub and the welcoming warmth of a heated seat upon the throne of necessity. The Laundry Room, finished with wood decor, is located in the basement and can be accessed from the Chester Room. The garden in the backyard, featuring a grass lawn perfect for bare feet and outdoor dining, is adorned with a Japanese maple and more! Guest access Our honorable guests (you!) have full access to the entire house, except for the owner’s storage spaces and the utility room. The parking garage is at Chestnut Street Garage, Lot #138, located at 14 E Chestnut St, West Chester, PA 19380. This convenient parking facility is just a 5-minute walk from our house. We provide daily parking validations for two parking spaces each day during your stay. They are on the dining table. You must take the regular ticket when entering the garage, and scan both the ticket and the validation when leaving the garage. Other things to note We offer a 20% discount to business owners on Main Line and at West Chester, PA, and global Airbnb hosts. We also offer a special 20% discount to the faculty, students, and employees of West Chester University. Please make the inquiry first to receive this special offer. Respect for the serenity of our neighbors is essential. Please lower your noise level after 10 p.m. We allow a small gathering from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. You must not have more than 8 people in the house. Your non-staying guests must leave before 10 p.m. Do not park creatively in the street or in the Square Bar’s parking lot. We share with our guests two corporate monthly parking spaces at Chestnut Street Garage, Lot #138, located at 14 E Chestnut St, West Chester, PA 19380. This convenient parking facility is just a 5-minute walk from our house. From the requirements of our owner and neighbors, smoking, vaping, or having pets on the premises is strictly prohibited. A deep cleaning fee of $1,000 will be charged for any violations of this rule.
