This apartment (three steps at entrance), is attached to our home; it has a warm and cozy living room/kitchenette, large bathroom with two separate bedrooms; lots of storage, in the country, just a few minutes from Murray (and Murray State University). You are within an hour of the “Land between the Lakes” area. Area brochures available. You have a private patio, table, grill, Wi-fi, tv, games , children’s playground, and a large gazebo. SO SORRY, NO PETS, ALLOWED! We have 2 playful Labs!! The space This is not a whole house, but a two bedroom/full bath/living room-kitchenette apartment, attached to our home. We take 4 1/2 hours to clean and sanitize your Airbnb, before you come to stay, including 2 1/2 hours on each bed alone, to ensure you of a very clean bed. Stu and I have hosted hundreds of International college students and their families, from all over the world and love making our guests feel at home. Your apartment suite is super-sanitized, roomy, private , and quiet. Our guests really enjoy the outside fenced area, where they can sit, relax, cook, play games and even watch their children swing and romp on the playground. We do not allow pets! So sorry!! Guest access Guests have a private entrance, with a lockbox, in the back of home, to four rooms: living room/kitchenette, adjoining bath, and two bedrooms. With notice to the host, guests can have access to the host's laundry room and extra refrigerator/freezer space. Other things to note If you want to hit some balls or play some games, in the “fenced in” back yard, we have different sports and exercise equipment, you can use. Children have a swing set area After first two guests, we have a $10,00 charge for each additional guest. Children under two, no charge. No pets, please!
