Please do not park in the street or in the grass area (this includes the area behind and in between the Private Property signs). *The lake access (beyond the fence) including the lake, trees and beach is part of the Lake Lavon Army Corps of Engineer. This area is public, however, there are rarely any other visitors due to the secluded area. No motorized vehicles beyond the fence going to the lake. If this rule is broken resulting in a fine, the guest will be responsible to pay the fine.
