One Northstar Property Owner Association pass will be provided for the recreation center access. The recreation center facilities include swimming pools, tennis/pickleball courts, gym, game room and so on. Guest can access all the facilities with $10/person/day fee. Other things to note The property features a portable air conditioning unit, which is uncommon in this mountain area. This AC unit effectively cools the living room and dining area.
