Less than 40 minutes away to Niagara Falls. and very easy access to highway 33 n 90 for anyone who attending buffalo bills game at high market stadium and 13 minutes away from Univ of Buffalo south n North. The space Newly renovated with new carpet,flooring and painting . There are 4 bedrooms available with 1 king and 3 queen size bedding each. 2 full bathroom, 1 located in main floor and one in newly finished basement along with washer n dryer. there are cozy corner breakfast table set in the kitchen n other main dining set in the main floor. today, july 25th we just installed window AC on one of the bedroom upstair . we have Central AC, but guest were stated that upstair bedroom was warmer during hot days, so this Window AC solve the heat problems. Guest access You have full access to the house including parking area. Other things to note we will make a recreational room in the finished basement
