Once you've finalized your booking, we'll provide you with all the necessary details for a smooth and easy self-check-in process at the hotel front desk. Upon arrival, you'll be asked to present your passport at the reception, which is a standard procedure for all guests. Additionally, we kindly request that you confirm the names of all guests who will be staying with you in the apartment, as this helps us ensure that everything is set up for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Please note that the maximum capacity of our apartment is five people, to ensure that everyone has plenty of space to relax and unwind. Additionally, we're unable to accommodate pets at this time. Other things to note Check-in is a breeze, with reception available 24 hours a day to assist you with anything you need. Simply head to the reception upon arrival to check-in and get started on your amazing vacation. Our check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 11 am, giving you plenty of time to settle in and enjoy your stay. Please note that our rates don't include breakfast, so you'll want to plan accordingly. If you're arriving by car, we kindly ask that you inform us of your vehicle's license plate at check-in. You're entitled to use one rotating underground parking space during your stay at no additional cost, ensuring that your car is safe and secure during your visit. We take great pride in ensuring that our apartment is clean and comfortable for our guests. The housekeeper cleans the apartment daily, and we'll deliver it to you clean, with plenty of bed and bath linens for your stay. For guests booking over 8 nights, we'll exchange the linens every 4 days to ensure that you always have fresh linens. If you're staying with us for over 7 days, we charge for energy consumption according to the meter reading on the day of check-in and one day before check-out, at the rate of R$1.80 the Kwt.
