The Santi Apostoli holiday home is located in the historic center of Naples, it is located in the final stretch of the Decumano Superiore, one of the roads designed in the Greek era that crossed the ancient Neapolis in its entire length; in the immediate vicinity: the Museum of modern art, San Gregorio Armeno, the Veiled Christ and the National Archaeological Museum of Naples. The apartment is located a few steps from Via Duomo, near the M1 and M2 metro lines of Piazza Cavour and the Museum. The space Located on the third floor of a historic building (from the 1600s) with a typical internal courtyard and lift, all completely renovated, overlooking the Chiesa dei Santissimi Apostoli (the most important church of the Neapolitan Baroque) in a picturesque way, the apartment extends over two levels for a surface of 150 m2. The finely finished rooms are characterized by brightness and considerable size: large ecological windows and balconies, replaced in 2022, illuminate this highly articulated, welcoming, peaceful and quiet double-height space. The house consists of an entrance with a large and delightful living room with kitchen which leads to the two large bedrooms completely disengaged from each other: one double and one single. In this level there is also a large bathroom with all comforts. From the living room in the center of the house there is a comfortable staircase leading to the habitable mezzanine that overlooks the rooms below which leads to an additional bedroom with ensuite bathroom, almost an independent mini apartment. The rooms are equipped with every comfort, TV, Wi-Fi, independent heating and air conditioning, the bathrooms have a large shower, while the kitchen is fully equipped.
