Lovely 2-story townhome in Pinecrest Lake Community that is a short 15-20 minute drive to Camelback, Jack Frost and Big Boulder for skiing. Kalahari is a 10-minute drive from our home. This is a corner property with high ceilings, a cozy fireplace, a front porch with rocking chairs and back porch with a table and chairs and a charcoal and gas grill, and lovely greenery outside the home. It is a short 3 minute walk to the lake. The space Lovely townhome in a private lake community, Pinecrest Lake and Country Club. Living room with wood burning fireplace and TV, eat-in kitchen, master bedroom with full bath (and spa tub) on the first floor, half bath on the first floor, 2 bedrooms and a loft upstairs with a sectional. The beautiful lake community pool is open from the third week of June through Labor Day weekend. Separate temporary membership fee required to be paid by guests. From ;ate May through early October, there is a Temporary Membership to use the tennis courts, pool, lake, and golf course (there will be additional fees for round). $375/week for up to 6 persons. $50 each week for any person over 6 people. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole space, with the exception of 2 closets which we use for personal storage. Other things to note The house has a TV in the loft and the living room.
