Our cabin is tucked away yet only minutes from the boat ramp at Holmes Creek, a short drive from downtown Smithville, close to restaurants. The cabin has queen bed in the main bedroom, another bedroom with an additional queen. The kitchen is well-equipped. The cozy living room has a 55" smart television. The screened in porch has a television as well. Outside we have a fire place and a spa, perfect for winding down after a day at the lake. We have a spot across the street to park your boat Other things to note We require a security deposit which can be one of two options: Security Deposit - Pay a $250 deposit that is REFUNDABLE if the property was not damaged in any way. Please note that the refund may take up to 7 days depending on your credit card company. Damage Waiver - Pay a $75 one-time NON-REFUNDABLE fee that can help us cover small damages and wear and tear.
