This means that the people sleeping in the master suite need to walk through the foyer, past whomever is sleeping on the sleeper sofa there to access the bathroom. If everyone is sleeping in the large bedroom, this isn't an issue. If the guest kitchen/dining area is in use by other guests, you may share the host's own kitchen/dining area.
