The space INTERIOR DESIGN The interior concept of the loft supports the airy, bright basic impression of the building fabric. Bright, pastel colors like sky blue and puddy pink in the living room lead to soothing sage and Petrol tones in the bedrooms. This color concept is complemented by natural beige and light brown, which in particular gives the large home spa an elegant tranquility. Through the open floor plan, these areas flow into each other. The kitchen, the connecting link between the living and dining area, can be converted into a buffet counter using a custom-made cabinet system. The whole apartment is decorated with vintage design furniture and selected contemporary artwork, such as Markus Keibel. MATERIALS & DETAILS The materials used also provide extra lightness - the stern oak floors and stuffed clay walls set the frame for high-quality textures throughout the loft. Metallic accents in the kitchen and Samtene seating give the representative areas a luxurious touch, but it never loses its coziness due to the eclectic details such as the ceramic dishes and isolated wooden elements.
