The open plan living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa and armchair as well as smart TV. You have access to the southwest balcony from the living room. The furnished balcony with fantastic views of the Szczecin Lagoon also offers a beautiful place from the second row to enjoy your meals and admire the view. The kitchenette has high quality appliances such as stove, oven, coffee maker, fridge and freezer and dishwasher. Plenty of dishes, cutlery as well as pots and pans are in cabinets. At the large dining table, you will find breakfast together in front of a relaxing day of vacation. Relaxing sleep in the two bedrooms with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) is guaranteed. One bedroom is equipped with another TV. The two fully equipped bathrooms each have a walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin and hair dryer. There is a washing machine in the large bathroom at your disposal. You can safely store your valuables in the safe during the stay. All living rooms and bedrooms can be completely darkened by outdoor blinds. The bedroom windows and a living room window are equipped with insect screens. Nature lovers are welcome guests and enjoy the many protected landscape areas that Usedom has to offer. In addition to the renowned villages such as the Kaiserbad Heringsdorf or the Seeheilbad Ahlbeck, the island consists of many romantic places and village communities where you can end the evening in one of the romantic seafood restaurants. This construction project will help expand the range of high-quality accommodation in the region and provide our holiday guests with a comfortable and modern vacation experience. Each of the apartment buildings is carefully designed and equipped to meet the individual needs and preferences of our guests. During the ongoing construction project of the "Haffresidenz", acoustic disturbances may occur temporarily until all houses are completed. Any claims for rent reduction in connection with the construction site are covered with knowledge of this information. The developer makes every effort to keep the disruption to a minimum and to carry out the work within the specified time frame and regulations. Completion of the first two houses 4a and 5 in 2021 and 2022 is a key milestone in this construction project.
