This 7-unit boutique hotel embraces the town's Bavarian architecture with modern and natural materials on the interior. Enjoy views from your private patio. The space The 3-bedroom suite is designed to accommodate families travelling together or a gathering of individuals. The space is tastefully designed with 2 queen-sized bedrooms and a bunk room accommodating 4 twin beds. Two bathrooms are spaced within the unit for privacy and independent access from the bedrooms. This condo is accessible from the lower level of the building with covered parking. The unit is equipped with full kitchen amenities including a glass-top electric range, microwave, and dishwasher. A modern version of a traditional Eckbank table and benches will suit dining for 8-10 people, as well as game night entertainment. An in-unit washer and dryer is provided for your longer stays. Enjoy the sounds of the river and views of Icicle Ridge from your private patio. This unit is ADA accessible and compliant. Guest access The suite encompasses the lower level of the building. Guests will have access to their reserved suite and private patio. One designated parking space is provided in the carport and another as specified by the owner along side the building. Guests also have access to the shared ski/bike storage room located off the carport on the lower level of the building. Other things to note This building is shared with 6 other rental units and is not suitable for parties of any kind. We do not welcome bachelor or bachelorette parties. We respect quiet hours between 10pm-8am out of courtesy for all of our guests. Please book according to this request. Snow, Fire, & Smoke: Leavenworth has seasonal weather which may disrupt travel plans. We are not responsible for natural disasters which might affect your stay such as snow storms, fires, smoke, floods, etc. As such, we do not refund outside of our cancellation policy if you decide to forgo your trip due to such circumstances, unless an official closure notice has been issued and guests are literally unable to come – which is a very rare occurrence. If you are concerned about losing your deposit in this sort of event, we highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance. Please do not expect us to be your insurance policy. We also encourage folks who may have respiratory issues to not plan your stay during the typical fire/smoke season (generally the month of August has a higher potential for fires in the surrounding area.)
