Black Point Cottage is located in private Beach Community which has 3 beautiful beaches on the Long Island Sound, tennis courts, pickle ball, basketball courts, and it's own Market store. Both the store and Beach are steps away! Decorated in nautical New England style this cottage offers a cozy space with half bath, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, games and outdoor seating. The large enclosed outdoor shower is the only shower. This is a weekly rental only Saturday to Saturday. We do NOT allow any animals due to health reasons including service animals. No parties allowed nor smoking of any kind inside home.
