The passcode for the door smart lock will also be provided. All exact details will be provided 3 days before check in time. Other things to note Guests can use the apartment floor and M floor swimming pool Children's playground and BBQ at the yard * Housekeeping: If you need daily cleaning or our housekeeping, please do not hesitate to contact us for more information. Please note the cleaning fee you paid for only 1 time when you check out * Towel use: Please note our white towels are for shower purposes only. Any hard piece can't be washed, we will charge you $10 per towel * Apartment key card: Please keep our key card careful. If you lose them, we will charge 15USD per person * Early check in: if the room is available, we will be happy to let you have 2 hours early free of charge. * Late Check-Out: if the room is available, you can check out 1 hour late free of charge. From 2nd hour we will charge half day to 5pm and all day from after 5pm * Drop off baggage: If your flight arrives earlier/later than your check in/check out time, you can drop off baggage at 12 PM or leave them there until 2: 00PM.
