Well you will find it here! Our lovely cottage has newly renovated bedrooms and we are located near Bethel Woods Center for the Arts. Our home is surrounded by statuesque trees, which create a sense of serenity and privacy. Upon entering the home, you will become immersed in the old-world cabin charm. The space Rustic, midcentury modern and vintage all bundled together to make our spacious cottage comfy and cozy. WiFi. Roku TV. Full kitchen, bathroom and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a outside deck where you can grill and a spacious covered porch where you can hang out when it’s raining out or just to escape the summer heat. The home has an abundance of windows to catch a nice breeze even on the covered porch. To enter the house, you must be able to walk up a set of stairs. Washer/dryer available only for stays of 7 nights or longer only. If you book for a month long stay or more anytime between December - March an additional fee will be required at the time of booking. This fee is not reflected in the booking amount for your stay. This additional fee is to cover the increased operational expenses that is incurred over the colder months. The additional fee will be paid through Airbnb as a separate charge. Failure to pay the fee will result in cancellation of your reservation. Feel free to ask ahead of booking about the additional fee. Guest access You will have access to the entire house with the exception of the basement which will be locked. Only guests staying 7 nights or longer will have basement access if needed for the washer/dryer. Other things to note I provide the grill and utensils; you will need to purchase your own charcoal and lighter fluid. There is a Dollar General less than 5 min drive from the house where you can get supplies. Guests are expected to clean the grill and throw out burned out charcoal after it has cooled off and is no longer flammable before checking out.
