Welcome to 125A Beach Plum located in the City of Lewes. Recently remodeled home with fenced back yard, patio, deck, outdoor shower, & everything else your family needs for vacation. Only 1.8 miles away to Lewes Beach, 4.8 miles to Cape Henlopen State Park, & 8 miles to Rehoboth Beach. Walk to restaurants & shops nearby or take a walk/bike ride on the Lewes/Georgetown or Junction & Breakwater trail to Rehoboth, Lewes or the beach! *Can be rented with 125B next door - Each homes sleeps 6 The space *This property can be rented monthly in the off season (Sept-April) - please submit an inquiry. ** Please note - this property does not rent monthly from May - Sept ** *All guests must be 25 years old, except for children with parents. As you walk into the rental the first floor living room opens up to a updated kitchen. Off the kitchen is the hang out back yard/Deck, there you can grill out, play corn hole, relax or take a quick outdoor shower(open seasonally). When you walk upstairs you will find a fully stocked bathroom and two bedrooms - one bedroom with king bed and one bedroom with two single beds. *We supply starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms. -Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided. Guest access Guest will be able to use all of 125A, including a spacious fenced in backyard. There is a shed that locks in backyard that you can store your bikes in. Beach chairs, corn hole, and grill provided in shed. Other things to note *Please note - there will be an extra cleaning fee if your stay is 14 days or longer. *As of July 1, 2022, retailers in the State of Delaware no longer provide a plastic carryout bags made from film at checkout. Instead, they now provide customers access to a reusable bag for purchases, or you may bring your own. **It is expected that you treat our place with respect and everything is put back the way it was when you arrived and all messes cleaned up. **No PETS policy per Condo Association Rules **No profantity should be use while in the backyard as kids live next door ** Please be respectful of the neighbors. **No PARTIES per the town of Lewes Noise ordinance/per Condo Association Rules **Please take off shoes after you enter the house **No extra overnight guests unless on the reservation or approved by hosts. If you violate this rule, the fee is $25 per extra guest per night with possible eviction. **QUIET HOURS - 10pm-8am - Please be respectful of neighbors **Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING and NO PARTIES in the unit!!! ** Grass cutting comes Tuesday or Wednesday (weather depending) ** Checkout is no later than 10am ** Guest will be charged for damages LATE CHECKOUT FEE - $75 per hour after 10am. **Please do not put inside furniture outside **Should your makeup or any bodily fluids stain our pillowcases, sheets, or towels, a damage fee for each item stained will be charged to you. **No trash should be left outside unit door or on porch. Household trash/recycling must be disposed of in appropriate bins located in the driveway. **No clothes, towels, blankets, etc., are permitted on the front railings for drying or airing. **Absolutely no candles should be used in this property! **LONGER STAYS**(monthly) -It is mandatory that after 15 days we will come to inspect the rental. After the first inspection, we will then be checking every 30 days for the remainder of your stay. -Toiletries/supplies are fully stocked upon arrival - once they run out, it's on the renter to replenish as needed.
