No stairs to tempt little ones, arthritic knees or tired bodies. Condo is super clean, sanitized, fresh linens, blankets, large bath towels, body soap, shampoo, hair dryers, beach towels, a well-stocked kitchen, 3 TV's with Roku, patio with BBQ. Sleeps 6: King bed, Queen bed, Queen sofa bed. The space 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor condo, 1100 sq. ft Seascape Beach Resort Villa, fully furnished. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glasses, all electric kitchen, Cuisinart coffee maker, mini Keurig, ice maker. We provide starter packs of coffee, creamers, sugar, Splenda. Paper towels, recycle and garbage bags, dishwasher soap, hand soap, disinfecting wipes, spray cleaner, dish towels, pot holders provided. Bring your favorite pods for the Keurig. New GE washer/dryer in unit. Starter supply of laundry soap and softener. New electric BBQ on patio. Please clean the grill after you use it. The fireplace IS NOT in use at this time. There is central heat, however. Thermostat in hallway. Guest access The condo has a key code lock on the front door. Guest receives numbered code a day or two before arrival, as well as directions to the location, and wifi password. The door code is autogenerated. No one before or after the guest has this unique number code. There is full-time security patrolling the resort property. Other things to note There is no daily housekeeping service. The condo is cleaned and sanitized before your arrival. SAND AND SUNSCREEN makes a mess and leaves stains. Please SHAKE OFF SAND from towels, shoes, clothing, toys before entering condo. There are dark towels in bathroom cabinets to use when removing sunscreen. Front desk services, towel service, golf carts, fitness facility, and bonfires are not available to private renters. Swimming pools and hot tubs are accessible. There are beach towels and beach chairs in the condo for your use. (Please return them to the condo.) HEADS UP for guests with young children! In bathroom cabinets and under kitchen sink cabinet, there is a bottle of spray cleaner and pack of disinfecting wipes for guest use. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN. Basket of play stuff: Entry Hall. Sand toys, frisbees , jump rope for outdoors. Have fun! Return items to basket when finished. HALLWAY CREDENZA: Serving trays, as well as cards and games in the drawer. Booster chair in dining area.
