The primary bathroom comes with a spacious shower, dual sinks, and a water closet. The second hallway bathroom upstairs comes with a shower/tub combo and the powder room is near the front door. The current community amenities include an Olympic size pool, children's pool, tennis facility, playgrounds, fitness center, and Club House. The community also comes with a shuttle service that runs from the main clubhouse to the Bethany Beach boardwalk. Guests are required to pay the prevailing rate and complete an application online prior to the start of the reservation. This property comes with 8 wristbands and 1 fob for entering the community pool. As per HOA, no additional bands or fobs can be purchased. $25 fee for lost wristband & a $50 fee for a lost fob will be charged to the Guest if those items are not returned on check out.
