WELCOME: to this spacious Lindal home with beautiful Puget Sound views & a yard for pets. It is a peaceful getaway with nearby public & private beaches, hiking trails, with wildlife and nature preserves close by. This home is the perfect place for your PNW adventure and central to day trips to the Olympic Peninsula, the Cascades and local coastal towns. You have quick access to historic Port Gamble, Poulsbo, Port Townsend, and the Bainbridge & Kingston Ferries. The space KEY FEATURES: - Driftwood Lindal sits on 1/3 of an acre with mature landscaping and fencing, perfect for pets. There are beautiful Puget Sound views both inside and out. Relax in this peaceful setting in a residential rural area surrounded with beaches, hiking trails and natural beauty. The walkable neighborhood connects you to the Hansville Greenway trail system. - The driveway accommodates several vehicles. There are three steps up from the walkway to the front door and wrap around deck. - Once inside the house, you will be greeted with excellent views from floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen is well stocked for meal time with all essential tools for cooking or baking. A gas stove in the dining area keeps the house warm and cozy on cold days in addition to the wall heaters. - The gas fireplace in the living room can easily be turned off/on with a thermostat switch. In the bedroom, using your own streaming service logins, watch your favorite shows. The primary bedroom has a king bed with an attached bathroom with full shower and tub and a private balcony. The secondary bedroom has a double bed and is next to the second full bath with shower. - A washer and dryer are available for use during your stay at no additional cost. Additional towels and linens are provided and can be found in the linen closet upstairs and bedroom closet downstairs. There are beach towels above the washer and beach toys on the shelf outside to the right of the garage. - Outside the house, relax on the deck, watching the birds. The grill is available for outdoor dining as well. Enjoy the fire pit and lounge areas, including the hammock in the backyard. The pizza oven is available for those who desire a wood burning pizza experience. - If you are traveling with pets there is open grassy space for your pup to play fetch or sniff out bugs in the backyard. Guest access - Guests have private access to the whole house and any area on the property with the exception of the owners' pantry, shed, garage and basement area. - Every Tuesday, someone will be by to put the trash and recycling out for pickup and to retrieve mail. - The pool card (located on the book shelf in the living room) gives you access to the private pool located at the Driftwood Key Club. Please write our name, Moriarty, on the log in form as our guest. There is a $50 charge for a replacement card if lost. The pool is typically open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. The beach is next to the pool and does not require any access card.
