Located 20 minutes from New Braunfels, and conveniently located 2 1/2 hours from Houston and 1 hour from San Antonio. 4 bedrooms and two full baths (both baths located downstairs). Even though Lake McQueeney is down right now, I have river water with a small dock. You can fish, put out the floating lily pad or bring your own kayaks. AVAILABLE FOR LONG-TERM RENTAL!!! The space This is my personal home, therefore you will have all of the amenities that you would typically have in your own home. I have priced this a little higher than average, because you have access to everything you need in my personal home…butter, coffee, aluminum foil, canned goods, etc. Because it is my personal home, I ask that you please be respectful, as you will see family pictures and mementos that are personal to me. You will not have access to the primary/master closet, as it will be locked with a deadbolt with my personal items. You can still hang your clothes in other areas. Additional renters insurance will be required for stays longer than one week. The primary bedroom (located on the bottom floor) has one king bed and is attached to the primary bathroom. There is a shower in the primary bathroom. (The home does not have a bath tub). The second bedroom downstairs, has one queen bed. The two bedrooms upstairs contain one queen bed and one twin bed. There are no bathrooms located upstairs. I have board games and cards for family game night. There is an open flame grill/fire pit that uses standard briquettes. You are free to use the Lilly pad for swimming purposes. I also have chairs for the lake and life jackets. Please, no parties (birthday, bachelorette, bachelor, etc), and no smoking or vaping of any kind. No pets allowed. If you are allergic to animals, please be aware that I do have a dog that is there, when I am there. Other things to note Please, no pets
