Don't let stale food in the open air and don't let food/beverages spilled/drying up on tables/kitchen counter as it attracts ants, insects, cats, rodents and it stains the furniture. Keep the garbage bin area located in the kitchen clean. We provide our guests with a clean environment and we expect our guests to leave our place clean too. Our staff cleans the villa every day but this should not be an invitation to leave the space untidy. * Do not open beer bottles using the black marble table top nor any table top. In case of repeated violation, we will contact AirBnB to lodge a formal complaint, which as per Airbnb rules and policy, will most likely lead to the cancellation of the booking and immediate departure without refund Guest access Guest will have access to the entire villa Other things to note A few recommendations that we encourage you to observe during your stay to make it as comfortable as possible: * Close your doors and windows at all times to avoid mosquitoes from getting inside your bedroom or bathroom. * Close your doors and windows at all times to keep your bedroom at a comfortable temperature, should you be using the AC. Our AC are cleaned regularly. However, letting warm air getting inside your bedroom makes their functioning less effective. * Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life. * The main villa living/common area is semi-open with no AC. However ceiling fans are available and the sliding glass door can be opened, allowing the natural breeze to flow/circulate throughout the space. * Please note that on the island, whilst usually short, occasional blackouts do happen. If this unlikely event happens, the Villa is equipped with lithium-battery backup providing continuity of services for all essential services (note that AC will not operate during blackout). === FAQs - Q: What is the Check-in time policy? -A: Check-in time is at 14:00 at the earliest. Arriving earlier? You can drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability. - Q: What is the Check-out time policy? - A: Our check-out time is at 10:00am at the latest. Our staff will clean the villa after your departure for the next group checking in at 2pm. Late Check-out is subject to availability and approval involves extra charge. For any late Check-out between 10am-3pm, the extra charge is 50% of the villa nightly Rate. Any Check-out after 3pm will be charged at a full nightly Rate. If you need to store your luggage after Check-out time, let us know - Q : Do we have daily housekeeping service ? - A : Yes, housekeeping service occurs once, daily. Kindly note that your villa manager is reachable through What's app. He will be pleased to assist with your requests, but he does not reside on site. Your night guard, who resides on site, will take care of your requests at night. - Q : Can we have extra clean towels? For eco-friendly reasons bathroom and swimming pool towels are changed every three days. On day number 3, please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor.
