Or you can go into town for local cuisine, entertainment and street markets. The space This 2nd floor condo is 1 bedroom and 1 1/2 bathrooms with a King size bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are laundry facilities located on each floor of the building. The living area has couches, television with Netflix, air conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort. The private balcony off the living room is perfect for enjoying whale watching, magical sunsets and your morning coffee. Lounge around our pool, hike the property, down to the beach or play pickle ball in our court. Adults only. Children permitted between May and September. Guest access Guests have access to the pool, gym, putting green/mini-golf, pickleball court, game room and other amenities in the development. There is an elevator in the building and shared laundry facilities on each floor. Other things to note Las Cuevitas beach is just 2 miles down the street from us and Chacala beach is to the north of us. We have a great view of Chacala Bay.
