Our property offers epic seaside views, fishing and bird-watching. Less than a mile down Bayfront you will find the community pier and city marina. Parking is onsite and in front of the house. Easily fits several cars or a couple trucks and a boat. Port O'Connor is about 20 minutes east of us, Rockport is an hour south. Guest access Access to the main house both upstairs and downstairs. Access to community Pier is down the street along with a community marina. Other things to note Upstairs bedroom is a loft with queen bed. The downstairs guest quarters has a private bathroom and shower. The outdoor stairway gives access between the downstairs/upstairs.
