On all the fire TVs is a live guide that has over the air tv from NYC (missing ABC). Livingroom TV is fire TV and smart TV with stereo and speakers, DVD player with movies and Roku tv . Arcade downstairs with NFL blitz and Pacman. Foosball and air hockey. Board games in the sun room, like Catan and Ticket to ride. Parking at top, room for 4 cars. You must walk down a stair case to the front door. All parking must be up top in parking pad. Guests can not use the steep driveway, they must use the stairs down from parking pad. Full kitchen with pots pans dishes etc. K cup maker, drip coffee maker, and espresso machine. We provide some coffee and some light breakfast items. Ample amenities, beds have memory foam pillows, comfortable sheets, towels, wash clothes. Some beach towels provided. Soap, body wash, shampoo, etc provided. Two pull out beds, sheets are in large bedroom closet for both pull out beds. Washer and dryer free for guests. House has air conditioning, with bedroom window units. One window unit also in the livingroom, the house keeps cool, but no central air. Livingroom has large A/C and Heat pump unit. The heat pump unit must be used as the primary heat and left on when using heat. There is thermostat oil heat as well, if using the oil heat, the heat pump must also be on to save on costs. Club for the lake makes guests temporary guest, with guests passes. $2/per person per day which you pay cash at the club house to pickup renter guest passes and parking pass. Proceeding past the fencing is trespassing. Lake club has beaches and boat docks guest can use on the lake. Guests can use the club beaches which have life guards most the summer. Lake is usable from club access points. $2 per person, per day, for using all the club items like beaches and club house, paid cash to the club. Parking is a parking pad for 4 cars at the road, the steep driveway is not usable. There is a staircase down from the parking pad to the front door. Must be able to walk stairs. Other things to note Lake view, but no lake access from the house. Proceeding past the fenced area down to the lake is trespassing. Club requires a contract prior to arrival, I'll complete it and give you a copy. Must park at parking pad and walk down stairs when parking at house, 4 spots. $2/per person, per day for club and beach usage. House is operated by Buckeye Devils LLC NO THEFT! Theft will be reported, and any missing items will be restocked at full retail price plus a $250 restocking fee charged directly to the guest via airbnb!!!
