(Please note that the studio does NOT have a kitchen sink or an oven/traditional stove top but there is an OUTDOOR PROPANE GRILL). You will find wine glasses, cups, coffee/tea mugs, bamboo plates, bowls and biodegradable cutlery. Cutting boards, paring knives, ice bucket, ice trays, wine rack and opener provided. The fridge is stocked with purified water for drinking and for the Keurig. Additionally, creamer, raw brown sugar and Stevia are provided. There is a ductless AC/Heat wall unit dedicated to the space. **Please leave the AC on low at checkout. ***Please feel free to leave the AC on at any desired temperature when you leave at any time during your stay, as it can become very warm upstairs in the summer if left off. Organic, natural products are used exclusively for cleaning and laundering all linens. In room air purifier is also provided. Guest access Guests utilize their own private entrance at the door to the left of the home. Keyless entry into a partitioned area where a door to the upstairs space is located. This door to the upstairs also has a secure keyless entry. Guests have their own parking space/driveway on the left. Host parking space is in front of the garage. Outdoor dining/seating area with grill is near a small barn/shed. Inside you will find bocci, corn hole and other games. There are touch/push lights inside if utilizing at night. There is a large galvanized tub for drinks/entertaining and outdoor basics secured in a container. The recycling and garbage are also inside. Please place seat cushions back into the bag located in the barn/shed when not in use. Other things to note Davis Park: Guests pay $10/person. Present your air bnb reservation for proof of stay.
