The space The accommodation comprises - A 40 m² living room with sofas, TV, dining area and fireplace (wood extra) - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Shower room - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: two single beds - Bathroom with bath and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A shared (unheated) 12 x 6m swimming pool, open from April to October (opening dates non-contractual). The pool is secured by a gate and alarm. - A beautiful 2,500 m² shared garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
