As part of its renovation, we wanted to keep the soul of this house. Sandrine and Ludovic welcome you to the cottage: Lou Caladou in stone. Located in a small real estate complex (Lou Caladou) composed of an old mulch and an old wine building, containing a second cottage for four people with swimming pool (l 'Olivier). Lou caladou was a Pizzeria in the '70s. It is equipped to accommodate two adults and two children with 1 unclosed bedroom, a living area, a kitchen, a shower room with WC and a private outdoor area with an inflatable spa. The entrance overlooks the living room which contains: - the dining area, — The lounge area with coffee table and the second bed (new 140*190 clic-clac). - a bar. -The unenclosed bedroom consists of a bed (140*190 new), a small dressing room and two nightstands with lamps. It is a 5-minute walk from the Gorges de l 'Ardèche. Swimming, canoeing, tree climbing park, laser game field and children's games village (hookkid), electric scooter and quad bike rentals. Walks around, on foot or by bike with the proximity to the greenway will be able to complete your activities. Many sightseeing spots are waiting for you: Le Pont d 'Arc, La grotte Chauvet 2, Aven d' Orgnac, the gorges of beaume and Chassezac, the silk museum, the crocodile farm and many more...
