GETTING TO THE PROPERTY Access to the property is within 5 minutes by car, 9 minutes by bus or 20 minutes on foot from the Cannes train station. WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD Ideally situated at one end of the Avenue de Madrid, this apartment location offers quick walking access to all the shopping options for your daily needs (bakery, tobacconist, small grocery store, etc…), while being sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the downtown crowd and traffic. From your home, you can still access the center of town with all its popular restaurants, cafes and shops in less than ten minutes on foot. The Palais des Festivals will be accessible within less than fifteen minutes and the historic Suquet district in less than twenty. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION Free street parking is available in the same street as the apartment building, plus public parking 4 minutes away on foot. Household linen is provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, kitchen towels, etc...) Daily essentials upon your arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water, etc...) A Concierge Service is at your disposal during your entire stay. Check-out is no later than 11 am and check-in no earlier than 4 pm. This is flexible depending on availability, of course: please do not hesitate to tell us if you wish to arrive before or leave later, we will be happy to accommodate whenever it is possible. Arrivals can be with one of our staff until 10 pm in winter, and 11 pm in summer. After-hour arrivals are only self-service via key lock-boxes. All the key lock-boxes are located in front of our office at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin, in Cannes, and the keys will therefore need to be retrieved from this location.
