WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD Ideally situated at one end of the Avenue de Madrid, this apartment location offers quick walking access to all the shopping options for your daily needs (bakery, tobacconist, small grocery store, etc…), while being sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the downtown crowd and traffic. From your home, you can still access the center of town with all its popular restaurants, cafes and shops in less than ten minutes on foot. The Palais des Festivals will be accessible within less than fifteen minutes and the historic Suquet district in less than twenty. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION Free street parking is available in the same street as the apartment building, plus public parking 4 minutes away on foot.
