Guest services offered. The space Nianna Eden Estate comprises of 2 first class villas, a 5 bedroom sprawling villa and a cosy state of the art 2 bedroom villa. The main villa offers 5 air-conditioned bedrooms along with private bathrooms that can accommodate up to ten persons. The bedrooms open up onto the superb spacious main verandah and the luxuriant swimming pool, providing a spectacular view of the sea. The spacious living room offers premium cable television and WiFi internet, 2 grand day beds in this room accommodate another 2 guests, making it a total of 12 occupancy. The 2 bedroom villa has a spacious entrance courtyard to greet all guests & visitors. Once inside the home you are immediately exposed to the living area, kitchen & indoor dining, outdoor lounge area and dining, infinity edge pool. The plan is extremely open and three areas flow into each other - living, lounging and swimming. Two persons are able to sleep in the living room. Located close to Montego Bay, the villa is only a few minutes drive away from some very spectacular beaches. Guest access Guests can access the entire villa with its beautiful swimming pool and gardens. As you are renting the entire property you can roam between the villas. Guests are provided with their own gate remote to leave and enter freely as they like. This comes along with a key to the villa. Other things to note When booking, kindly ensure you have selected the correct number of guests. We provide a chef at nominal charge if needed to prepare any meals you require. Menu includes delicious dishes spanning from local Jamaican to exquisite Asian. All it takes is to let us know your favorite taste and our responsive team will prepare it for you. A nanny can also be provided at an additional fee for the parents to enjoy a romantic night at one of the award winning fine-dining restaurants proximate to Nianna Eden. We also provide a Crib, High Chair, Child Step-up Stool, Car Seats and other helpful items on request. Please ensure the correct number of guests are on the booking to avoid your booking being cancelled. Visitor Policy Only the number of guests on the booking may enter the property. Should guests wish to have visitors they are required to make a request through the platform they booked on. A Government issued photo ID is required for each visitor and admission is subject to approval. Visitors are not allowed on property without prior approval. Absolutely no visitors will be allowed after 10pm. Additional guests must be added to the booking.
