This area opens up to a large lower deck space where a gas grill, corn hole, firepit, and pool await your enjoyment. Back inside, the main living area boasts an open layout with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfy sectional, and a large smart TV. After preparing your favorite dishes amidst the kitchen's stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space, gather around the dining table for six. Through exploring the rest of the home, you will quickly find the equally inviting bedrooms, each lined with high-quality linens and central air. Before you take a moment to yourself and call it a night, make sure to enjoy the second-floor deck - situated amongst the treetops. Things to Know Pets, smoking, and partying are not permitted on the property. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.  There is not a boat lift offered to guest. The pool is not available from November to the end of April and please remember that the weather in TX can fluctuate No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
