Our updated, 3-bedroom house combines charm and style with comfort and space, which allows guests to enjoy a light-filled, open concept living, dining and kitchen area, along with 1 bath, a private office, front porch sitting area and open backyard. The space This spacious brick bungalow has been fully updated to offer living spaces for visiting with family and friends, as well as private spaces that are perfect for relaxing and taking it easy. As guests swing on the front porch, they can enjoy the sights and sounds of Columbus' Historic District, while knowing they are a quick walk away from wonderful restaurants and shops. Various amenities, including extra linens, toiletries and items for young children, are always available to guests of the Historic Finch! Guest access On the morning of your stay, you will be sent the address and access code with instructions on how to use our smart locks. The code will be active during your time with us, which begins at 4:00 PM the day of check-in and ends at 11:00 AM the day of checkout. If you must arrive earlier or leave later, reach out to us, and we will do our very best to accommodate your needs. Please understand we typically have a 5-hour window to thoroughly clean the house and conduct maintenance in between guests, so a fee may be requested for any time change outside of our normal check-in and checkout periods.
