[Advance Reservation is required] -------------------------------------------------- LONGER STAY -------------------------------------------------- For stays longer than 28 days, extra costs of 225 € per month for supplies not included. -------------------------------------------------- SECURITY DEPOSIT & COLLECTION -------------------------------------------------- For stays of 28 nights to 3 months, a one-month security deposit is required. For longer stays, a two-month deposit is necessary. The deposit amount varies by season. Payment is due 10 days before arrival via a company payment link or bank transfer or On Via Airbnb. HOST will charge the damage deposit, deducting the cost of the damage plus an additional 5.6% handling fee. If the property is left clean and undamaged, the deposit will be refunded within 10 days after check-out. However, we need you to call us 20 minutes before arrival to avoid unnecessary delays. -: We can also offer you the option of key delivery after 20:00h for an extra cost of 50 €. -: We offer you the option to store your luggage in our office located in Carrer d'Hercegovina, 1, Shop 1, 08021, Barcelona in case you arrive before the key handover time. Cost 5€/bag. -: In case the apartment is available before 15:15h, you can check-in at with an extra cost of 50 EUR at our check-in location in Carrer d'Hercegovina, 1, Shop 1, 08021, Barcelona. -------------------------------------------------- DURING YOUR STAY -------------------------------------------------- For the good coexistence of all our guests, we ask you to please take into account the following points: -: Parties and/or bachelor parties are totally forbidden and may cause a fine of between 300 € and 3.000 €. -: Smoking tobacco or marijuana anywhere in the buildings and inside the apartment is strictly forbidden. This can result in a fine of more than 400 €. -: It is important to take care of all keys, if they are lost or forgotten inside the apartment, you have a fine of 100 €. -: We ask you to please respect the neighbours and do not make noise after 20:00h. -------------------------------------------------- CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS -------------------------------------------------- -: The garbage must be deposited in the containers on the street.
