The house comprises a lovely 16m2 bedroom on the ground floor, with a queen-size bed (160x200), a shower room and a bright upstairs living room overlooking the garden. The kitchen is well equipped for comfortable cooking and storage: filter and Nespresso coffee makers, kettle, toaster, blender, etc. The house will be prepared for your arrival, the bed will be made and towels provided. All you have to do is put your suitcases down and you're on holiday! There's even wifi (good speed Adsl) at the end of the world! Perfect for getting away from it all without losing your bearings! The Garden: the espalier garden is laid out with 3 terraces, the first of which can accommodate your lunch outside, the second for relaxing on the deckchair, and the third which benefits from the evening sun, for your aperitifs! The Gr 34 passes by the beach and is easy to access. The house is located on the edge of the greenway, which runs from the town to the beaches along footpaths.
