The space The apartment is spacious and ideal for 2 persons. It features a spacious living room with adjoining conservatory. The sofa can be made into a double bed couch. The fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful dining area leaves nothing to be desired. In the bedroom you will find a large, freshly made double bed and a spacious closet. Right next to it is the modern daylight bathroom with an accessible shower. Unfortunately, access to the house is not accessible ! Behind the house is a small backyard with another conservatory and seating, which you can use on your own. Free parking, as well as garage parking for your bikes / motorcycles and a bicycle electric charging station are available directly at the house. A wide selection of shopping facilities can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The Ulmener Maar, the Maar-Stollen and the castle ruins as well as the Postplatz with the Bürgerstube are within walking distance. Elmen is an ideal starting point for hikers and cyclists. The well-developed network of cycling and hiking trails leads in the middle of the beautiful Eiffel landscape. More Maare, castles, as well as the Nürburgring and the romantic Mosel town of Cochem are reachable from here between 15-30 minutes by car. The way to Koblenz to the German corner or to Trier, the oldest city in Germany, are also worthwhile.
