The space INSIDE: The main floor living room is spacious and filled with natural light, making it the perfect spot for everyone to gather. The bright, open kitchen offers plenty of space for everyone to pitch in and prepare your favorite family meals. The eat-in dining area comfortably seats 8 and is surrounded by large windows, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for shared meals. OUTSIDE: Show off your grilling skills on the propane BBQ and savor meals outdoors. Challenge your crew to yard games on the sprawling grassy area, or sneak away for a peaceful nap in the hammock under the shade of the trees. Spend sun-soaked days on the beach with a good book, building sandcastles, or strolling along the shoreline. As the sun sets, unwind in the hot tub, letting the bubbling warmth ease you into total relaxation. Then, gather around the fire pit under a blanket of stars, sharing stories and laughter to end a perfect summer day. We've supplied 2 kayaks as well as 6 lifejackets - challenge the kids to a race. And there are 2 adult bikes and 4 children's bikes. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25 photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. A separate security deposit of $500 is required. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections) May have outdoor camera. Any house rules violation is grounds for immediate termination of your stay without refund. Max occupancy at all times is 10, violation will result in removal without refund. Max 2 Pets are allowed but must sign separate pet addendum - violation will result in removal without refund. Linens are available for $20/per person. This includes Tea Towels, Dishcloths, Sheets & Pillowcases, Bathroom towels, Hand towels and Face cloths. Does not include Beach Towels. If winter conditions make travel unsafe or if there are road closures preventing you from reaching the cottage, you have flexible options: ❄ Delay Your Arrival – If the cottage is available, you can shift your stay by a day or two. ❄ Reschedule – Move your booking to a future date that works for you. ❄ Full Refund – If rescheduling isn’t possible, you can cancel for a full refund.
